I have them missing the playoffs. If Ekblad/Montour don't miss that much time and the team plays .500 or slightly above .500 hockey then I could see them make the playoffs, but look at their blueline without both of them. Forsling is fine, but OEL was garbage with the Canucks last season. Mikkola also isn't fantastic. Kulikov same thing. Mike Rielly another bottom pairing defencemen. What goaltending will they get. If they get the same goaltending as last regular season, then I don't think they make the playoffs.

Depending on when they get their guys back I still think Florida is a playoff team. I wrote Boston off at the beginning of last season with their key injuries. That blew up in my face. NHL regular season wins record. Hehe

OEL signing as fast as he did was extremely confusing to me. He fell off a cliff last season.

I like the forward group a lot, but I'm not sure it will be able to make up for that blue line without Ekblad and Montour...if they get back before Jan1 they're probably a playoff team.
