Players with NTC, MNC or even M NTCs can be traded to" anyone". Obviously you think these players aren't worth their contracts, so why would any team want these players? Other teams have cap issues too.

No teams are helping the Rangers out of their cap mess.

I think Trouba goes wherever his Dr wife does her future practice.

You'd have to pay other teas to take Barclay Goodrow off your hands, not the other way around. Too much money and term left on his deal.

And there's zero chance of Artemi Panarin waiving his NMC. He took a full NMC for a reason. As he basically wants to play for only the Rangers .
