We'll say they're willing to waive for this . Why if Zegras is willing to take 6/yr would Pat Verbeek consider saying yes Zegras and 11.2mil in other players is much more valuable than that offer.

Adding Panarin to Fantilli while subtracting Zegras from Terry isn't as forward-going as you imagine.
