Disagree. He has decent defensive numbers. The trade isn’t terrible and I believe it could work. He slots on the left side on 2nd pairing and could be a perfect pairing for Boqvist. I like the trade.

Columbus already have Werenski, Bean, Berni, Christiansen on the left side. 5 RHDs too. They can also just sign a UFA D instead of trading a pick. That being said, yes, they could trade for a player.
