The Kings could get a 1st for Arvidsson (50%) retained.

    So Iafallo + Walker + 3rd = 4th + 5th + Morgan?

No thanks, Kings are better off staying pat than accepting this.

I'm confused. Morgan Barron is the property of the Winnipeg Jets, so what is the first trade about? Especially in light of the fact that we have less use for Jake Evans than we do for Joel Edmundson?

Viktor Arvidsson with retention plus the third is equal to the first, and Sean Walker is worth at least the fourth and fifth; Alex Turcotte and Sam Fa-gem-o are better prospects than Barron, so take him and Alex Iafallo out of that offer and what's left is semi-realistic, but we won't be trading Jordan Spence for a draft pick (even a second) because he's Sean Walker's replacement.

I think if Jordan Spence and Morgan Barron was made available MTL would Gladly pay more then Jake Evans and a 2nd you got for them.
MTL would even RS 50% on Arvidsson to help maximize LAK return from WPG

    Spence
    Barron
    50% RS on Arvidsson

    for

    Jake Evans
    Mattias Norlinder
    2nd round pick in 2024
    1st round pick in 2025(top 3 protected)

At this point with 2m RS from Arvidsson by LAK and 50% makes his cap 1.25m
Which to me Justifies 1st , Barron and a 3rd round pick
Iaffolo himself should garner atleast a 2nd round pick and B+/A- level prospect maybe even a 5th round pick too
Walker for a 5th seems about right but now sure WPG needs him as they have old RD's they are shopping for a Grans type but really id just remove the RD shipping him to Seattle
I wouldnt send any 3rd back to WPG though

    LAK walks away with
    1st WPG
    1st MTL
    2nd WPG
    3rd WPG
    2nd MTL
    Evans
    Norlinder
    Other prospect from WPG B+/A-

For Arvidsson , Spence ,and Iaffolo you get x2 First's , x2 Seconds , Third , 2 Prospects and Evans
MTL POV we solved our RD depth issues with M.Barron , Spence , Mailloux and Kovacevic
MTL also gets 6'4 Center to develop on 4th line who plays a Physical style that will solidify him a role longterm in MTL

LAK gets cap space and stocks their depth pool with picks and prospects.
WPG gets options a way to offset the production they'd lose in PLD if they trade him for the 15th OA pick and Owen Beck .(my prediction is a 1st in Beck not neccisarily a 1st)
If WPG keep PLD as a self rental for the final year commiting to no return this gives them a playoff team worth contending with that wont be battling with 4 games left tied for the last postion in the playoffs

See i thought it was because MTL would overpay for him , then i thought he just overvalued Evans.
So i just did my own version of his trade that is probably going to be blown to hell cause i thought you wanted to keep Roy and Clarke behind Doughty with Durzi on LD .
I didnt know you wouldnt trade Spence for anything so now i think im as far off in my re-evaluation as he was in his
