Description

I avoided any players with trade clauses, If playoffs started tonight, this would be what I think Bowness would roll out. I don't think he trusts Perfetti enough, but he'd be the first one back in if any injuries to the top 6 occur.

Acciari immediately has the highest faceoff % on the team, which we know Bowness values, BUT, that isnt all he provides as he is not Matt Hendricks 2.0. Barbashev would slide in for Perfetti, if Bowness keeps Perfetti in, he'd drop to the 3rd bumping Barron down to the 4th.

Hamonic would likely be a scratch to start but would give decent right side insurance which the Jets lack currently.

I think there may be a chance Stanley and Gagner could be moved at the deadline, although I think Wpg may try to avoid a Stanley move until the off season, or they keep him and move Dillon then. I think several playoff teams may ask about Gagner for top 6 insurance, Jets wont want to waive him, and I doubt he gets in with this lineup in the playoffs.

Idk, think they'd be better off adding one of Lucius or McGroarty to that 1st and Gus and try to get Chycrun instead, just don't think this defense is good enough.

That bottom six is still garbage, Lowry has gone like 24 games or something without a goal, if it wasn't for an empty net I'm not sure Barron would get any points.. lol

Think they have too many holes to fill by the deadline, who knows though, the west is pretty weak so maybe some minor moves will be enough, will need a lot of things to go right though.

agreed. If the jets are gonna give up the 1st I would wanna see a bigger return. Rentals dont sit well with me. THey could package one of their young D plus a first and get an impact player with term
