I’m a Habs fan and I’m not sure I’d take this risk of a similar proposal went the other way. However, I’m just thinking’ outside the box. Is Cole and Lane worth say Adam Fantili? Is it worth possibly losing out on Bedard? I know the answer to the last question but is it worth the gamble?

The ducks should probably decline that. LD prospect pool is deep with Mintyukov and Zellwegger. I’d probably take fantilli over Caufield and it looks like they’ll get one of Bedard/fantilli

Ducks have a decent shot at a top-3 pick, I don't see them doing it. Bedard-McTavish-Zegras up the middle would terrify the NHL for a decade. They are close to having the right pieces now, and moves like this get GMs fired and hurt the fanbase.
