Marginal prospects are not an acceptable substitute for single-asset value in a Gavrikov deal. A mid-to-late-1st or equivalent single asset is going to be mandatory; no "these guys sorta add up to" substitutes work for the Jackets, because we already have a sufficiently large number of marginal and boom-or-bust prospects in the system.
