Here is what I would do. Utilize Muzzin's LTIR money which is about 5.6mill

Spend big on a guy like Meier from SJS (try for 50% ret)

Then go get a rental Blue Liner who wont cost to to much (Gavrikov)

Then roll this out vs Philly

Meier is 26 and an RFA I would move the future for him as then u could balance out the forwards as he would allow for Nylander or Marner to be moved away from Matthews

I would say with Gav because hes a rental maybe a 2nd + B level prospect unless an extension is in place. D-market really got hammered this year
