PHI says no.

Braun is a solid 3rd pairing vet, playing with a rookie (Zamula/York), knows the ssystem/players, who gets a 3rd at the TDL. PHI doesn;t need bottom 6 forwards, (they have plenty), and foegele makes more.

Since Braun gets a 3rd at TDL and PHI doesn;t need/want foegele, I'd think EDM would have to add a 2nd.

Zero chance adding a second for a guy to spend more time in pressbox as insurance policy than on the ice. Fair enough if Philly doesn't want foegele although he is playing really solid.

Yeah, I just dont think it works.

EDM needs cap and Braun is a solid 7th, but PHI doesn;t need/want Foegele so to them its more of a cap dump, and PHI can get a better/more suitable return than that or just move him at deadline. I dont think Braun is worth a 2nd, but also dont think they move a useable piece for an unuseable piece without a better pick than they get at TDL.
