« We’re only going to make a deal if it makes sense for the Montreal Canadiens, and Jeff understands that. I’m not sure who the issue is with, if it’s the mother, or mother in law, who has a hard time getting in/out because of vaccination status. It must not be easy having four young boys at home for a professional athlete who travels. Then again, I often left my wife at home with three. »

TBH I would love for Petry to stay, he is a great guy and leader for this team. I have no issues with him asking for a trade for family reasons.

Saying the last line is pretty arrogant not knowing what her health situation is, perhaps she has allergies to the components or has heart issues or some other health related issue that puts her at a high risk if she got the vaccine.

Oh yeah, possibly - but most likely a political thing - we are talking about the US here. While medical exemptions exists - they are pretty rare.

TBH I would love for Petry to stay, he is a great guy and leader for this team. I have no issues with him asking for a trade for family reasons.
