I don't think we're in that much of a hurry to trade down. Even if it's only one spot.

Islanders would either trade for 11/higher or stay put. The pick right before yours is either taking the player you're interested in and thus likely won't trade it to you for anything reasonable, or they're not taking the same guy and you paid to move up for no reason.
