Anaheim wont retain, they have no reason to when the demand for a starting 1A goalie is high.

Not a Edmonton or Anaheim fan, but I don't think Anaheim adds picks to this deal as is. I think Edmonton might have to add Samorukov and then Anaheim would add a 2nd

As you say, Kassian is a cap dump. So let's assume he has no value (not negative value, just no value). That means this trade is Puljujarvi and this year's first for Gibson, our 2023 second and a fourth. That's a joke. Either your GM think Gibson is worth trading for, or he's not.
