It looks like you just threw a bunch of random assets together for Fiala. I don’t think they are trading their 23 or 24 1sts. If Fiala is dealt to NJ it’s going to be centered around someone like Holtz, Sharangovich, or Mercer unless Fitzgerald is serious about his willingness to deal 2nd overall and feels like Fiala is the player to spend it on.

NJs issue is if a team like the Sens or Isles are offering pick 7 or 13 along with a prospect. If that’s the case then NJ probably isn’t getting Fiala without giving up one of Holtz, Sharan, or Mercer.

Trading Mercer (or any of the three mentioned) for Fiala would be insane.
Better to just sign one of Nichushkin, Copp or Filip frikkin Forsberg if you're giving that much up.
