Description

Let me know what you think about the trade. Other than that, I brought in Wedgewood as backup goalie figuring Dallas will roll with Oettinger and Holtby. Everyone seems convinced Berggren will make the team right away, but I wouldn't be surprised if he spends quite a bit of time in Grand Rapids. Edvinsson will definitely get an opportunity as well. With Stephens, Smith, Gagner, Rasmussen, and Sundqvist on the roster the Red Wings will have a strong 4th line and bottom six overall. The middle six kind of seems weak at center, so I hope Suter and Veleno step up their game.

Wedgewood scares me. If all we do is add 1 ok dman and 2 rookies I'm gonna be a bit disappointed with the off-season. I won't be surprised though.

Why would Berggren spend quite a bit of time in Grand Rapids? He just had a great season for them. 64 points in 70 games.
