Let's see...Forsberg underpaid, draft lottery won, trades heavily favoring Montreal (well except SEA one).

Yup. Nothing to see here.

Don't **** on him. We can clearly see your hate toward Habs fans by the way. Starting to think you're a troll.

Maybe he should have given 8.5-9M for Forsberg, so what?

Timmins is a bust, Weber's trade is basically MTL giving a 3rd and a 7th, which to me is overpaying because Weber's contract is worth something to Arizona.

Drouin trade is fine. And MTL could win the lottery, in fact they have the 2nd best chance to win it in case you didn't know. If you can't imagine that, then replace Wright with Cooley... If it makes you happier.

Allen is worth a 2nd, so maybe Stars giving a 2024 1st for Petry is a bit much. But if they lose Klinkberg, maybe they see Petry as a decent replacement. But as you see in all those ACGM, it's pretty hard to evaluate Petry's value on the market. Chiarot and Lehkonen's evaluations were all over the place, and look what Habs got for them. So don't talk too soon like you did with Chiarot and Lehkonen's trades, you could regret it.

Well you're not a fan it seems. Doesn't matter. You can think I'm a troll all you like.

ARI doesn't need to pay to get cap in. The whole idea of them paying to get Weber's contract after we've seen teams dump them second rounders like it's nothing alongside their cap dumps is just ludicrous to me. Like, if Weber was still active, then MAYBE it made some sense because having a player of his caliber playing at $1M might be worth it, but at this point he's just a LTIR bound asset.

Drouin trade is the best of the bunch and I'll gladly admit it. Just don't think Kraken needs LWs right now, although seeing how this year has went for them they pretty much need all the help they can get.

As for Allen and Petry...yes, Allen is worth 2nd, but Stars don't need him. Petry's worth...I've no f*cking clue, I don't even want to know, as long as Stars don't add another 35 year old with term on his contract. The guy is past his prime and way too risky to deal with.

Also, there's nothing to regret in pointing out obvious over or underpayments. Sadly, GMs are also guilty of doing it. It's just a fact of life, no one's perfect. Am just saying this from what makes sense to me - you can disagree with me all you like, that's the nice thing about living in a free world.

One more thing - I've got nothing personal against Habs fans. I usually comment on posts I see Stars involved in, and Dallas seems to be the most popular place to dump him into, and I'm against the idea in the first place. Could it happen? Yes. But I don't want that.
