I dont think Dubas has that mindset, his job is probably on the line, or real close to it

I doubt Dubas gets fired even if they lose in the 1st round. It would take multiple playoff misses for him to get fired.

I mean, they've been knocked out of the 1st round every year..... They're definitely talented, how come Dubas can't get them over the hump?

Dubas would not get fired. Whatever Toronto's problem is, it definitely isn't a GM problem.
