TRADE #1
Robert Hagg- Zito usually likes to fly under the radar, and Hagg seems like a good piece to add. Helpful as a 6th D and lefty. Modeling it after the Montour trade, which I see as a comparable, but I think a little less so I included a 4th rather than a 3rd.

TRADE #2
Frank Vatrano- Vatrano has seemed mentally checked out the whole season and that isn't gonna fly on a team that has it's goal on a Stanley Cup. He seems to want out and his past performance prices him out of FLA. He's been relegated to a healthy scratch. He needs a change of scenery. LA is a good fit because they are a bubble team looking for offensive firepower. Vatrano can score when he's on and that can be really helpful for the Kings in their playoff push. Zito recoups draft capital.

TRADE 3
Claude Giroux- The Panthers have their second and third lines set, but they need a permanent winger for the remaining of the season w/ Barkov and Verhaeghe. Giroux fits the mold of Bill Zito's culture and that spot perfectly. He can help with faceoffs, score when needed and be a big force in the playoffs. Giroux is a rental, and in my opinion Owen Tippett is a good return. Tippett needs a change of scenery and could play well in Philly. Gildon is thrown in to sweeten the deal, as I don't know how high Bill Zito is on him, as is a 2023 2nd.
