Description

Chisholm and a 4th for Appleton, Sheahan is a throw in from Seattle, they waived him once already.
That's what I think Appleton is worth and getting a decent prospect that is farther along is better then a slightly better draft pick imo.
Chisholm is a LHD playing in the AHL, looks good at that level, maybe he could find a future with Seattle, Jets are full at LHD so don't know how he'll ever make the Jets.
Sent Vesalainen down to hopefully find his scoring touch, play him on Gus' wing and see if they can develop a chemistry that they could bring to the Jets lineup next season.

I see you’ve gone with the Maurice inspired lineup. At least you’re more realistic than most jets fans who hope and pray Maurice will gain a few brain cells over night.

Bringing back apples would be great, plus I’m sure seattle would want to add prospects. Looks good to me.

3x8.25 is such an anchor, hated that deal two years ago and absolute hate being right. Going to take one perfect storm for a Canadian team to break the cupless streak. Love the Appleton return and stop gap keep Maurice happy with non kid 4c. Still remembering following jets on the radio in the late 80s and thinking taglianetti as defense partners, so I will continue to suffer lol but not entirely quietly.

Yes I've long ago given up on the hope of Maurice putting Lowry and Wheeler where they belong.

I think it's fair and if we're being realistic the hope should be that Chevy acquires someone that might be able to produce with Lowry, Appleton did though that might only of been due to being in the weak Canadian division but if something like this is all it took to acquire Appleton then I'd do it and see if what they did together last year was more then just a one off.
