Disclaimer: idk much about lindells value but what ive seen is hes a defensive defenseman who doesnt put up many points and isnt great at moving the puck. His 4 years at 5.8 for a strictly defensive dman as well as an nmc for the entire duration of that contract do counteract some of his value, as foes the fact that his salary the last 2 years is 5 million making it a worse buyout. Idk if he would 1- waive for NYI or 2- be available but hes someone i think would be a good partner for dobson. If dallas continues on their current path and decides to retool at the TDL or in the summer, hes someone i would be interested in. I think his value is around the value of bolduc rn and i put bellows in there bc nill would have some leverage knowing we need a partner for 8.
Aho could be thrown in as a sweetener if they want.

This happens at or near the TDL if we're still around by then so we would have a lot of accrued cap (roughly 17 million in fact) so this team isnt over the cap even though CF says it is.
