How does it work?

Well it's 32 cap friendly users all at the helm of an NHL team ( we did expansion in 2019 ), we do trades, drafts, free agencies, waivers everything like IRL except before. We have our own scoring model and the top 16 teams makes the playoffs. For the playoffs the GM's vote for which team they think wins and then we add luck for simulations to determine the winner. It would also be useful to have another means of communication like Twitter as most of the discussion happens there.
