It’s more than enough given the season Hall has had and the amount of teams that can fit 8mil (and 4mil if retained). I also feel like if this was deal Lou saw as reasonable he could’ve had it last week pretty easily, but they’ll do something exciting

Buffalo says no thanks; we'd either want a 1st or at very least better conditions to get one. A Cup Win 1st is nothing more than a 2nd rounder in all honesty making it a worthless gesture. Also you can no longer have signing based conditions.
