    Value is probably good but honestly if Im Buffalo, either resign Hall or trade him for something that will help them next year. Not another pick. Unless they draft 1ov they aint exactly hitting home runs.... They need help now.

    I think we’d be ok with the 1st
    If we trade Eichel, then we’re probably rebuilding & we’d want that pick
    If we keep Eichel, we can always trade that 1st at the draft for a player who can help now

    Another rebuild? Im not sure there is an appetite for another rebuild. But i do agree if the goal is to get a 1st so they can use that as an asset to get more talent, than that works too. If players like Eichel and Dahlin want out, whats the point of winning another draft? That player will just want yo leave too. Same problem all over again.

    Im not advocating completely selling the farm but they got to figure out something other than another complete rebuild.
