This is a realistic deal, except the retain $2mm part. No way the Sabres will pay Eichel $2mm for the next 5 years. I mean, just seeing that on CapFriendly for the next 5 years gives me the heeby jeebies...and I'm not the one shelling out the $2mm per year...
