Bad contract for Duclair, it's too much. Hoffman could get less $, Blackwood also and Bratt more.

The Duclair signing was more or less ?wtf is he asking for? I think Hoffman will get his 5.5 to 6 mil. He seems pretty dead set on not taking less. I elected for bridge deals for Blackwood and Bratt, "covid" deals.

AA on a prove it deal for 1/2= that is a better idea IMO
Hoffman has his team I think. Waiting for a team like us to take a bad contract so he can sign with that team

True, I think Duclair is probably the better player now and in the future but AA could still put up decent numbers. I agree about Hoffman but I feel like anything could happen still with him, last minute a team could sweep in

It does not change your response, but I see my $ got screwed up here. So it was supposed to be AA's prove it deal is $1-2+ Million.

AA has to get back to being able to command the kind of money he was expecting on his good season 2 yrs back. i feel Duke was given it and he is what he is.
We need wingers who will help the Cs grow for sure
