Holl will get you a 3rd, especially from a team like Vancouver that needs RHD badly.

Bogosian is a 3rd paring defenceman, he definitely should not be top 4.

Dunno if Clifford comes back at that price. He was looking for more so why settle for that now?

I believe @Trickster thought process (and he can correct me if I'm wrong) is that with teams using their cap space lesser players i.e. bottom six forwards and bottom pair D will be squeezed more. Of course, there's still teams that could offer him more but if he wanted to come back perhaps he'd accept this. The rumour I heard was Dubas offered him just over a mill over 3 years, maybe he wants 4 for that price bit who knows. What do you think about Kovalchuk on a league min contract? And do you think Tampa would take SDA and a 2nd for Cernak given their cap crunch? Or is that too much value based on their current situation?
