NJD fans... what do you think about this package for a premier scorer for Hughes

I feel this would be as deep as any team in the NHL. Big question would be if Haula could get back to his 30 goal pace.
But playing with good players I feel he would bounce back. Essentially for Laine you get a top 4 dman some good depth guys and a first round pick while dumping some salary. Use that first round pick to acquire another top four dman.

What is the deal with Little? Is he done? I don't think any team would be including him in a trade at this point since there is no way they would have anywhere near the information as WPG has.

I don't think NJD is best match for Laine. They will take Stanley, however.

On paper, it's a better overall team (though I think you forgot to sign Roslovic) - but I don't see that Laine trade getting it done. I think it's far value, maybe a slight overpay, for Toews - but without the first trade going through, you can't do that trade.
