My dream draft until Pittsburgh kept their pick was something like this:

9th: Yaroslav Askarov, Minnesota's goaltemding woahs woupd be fixed for the future. This also makes the plan for the draft a lot more clear. You have your goalie, go get some centers and LHD. Others considered: Lundell, Sanderson, Quinn, Jarvis

PIT pick: Marat Khusnutdinov, Simply put, I think if he was bigger, he'd be a consensus top 15 pick. Someone like Mavrik Bourque in the 20s would be great too. If neither are here, you take a LHD early. Someone like Wallinder

42: Jérémie Poirier. Your best LHD prospect is Marshall Warren & while i like him, that's nowhere near ideal. You bolster your defensive prospect pool with a high upside LHD pick in the 2nd round. If there are no D here, you take a shot at a high upside, foal scoring forward

Noy going to get into thr later rounds because I'm not knowledgable enough about the prospects there, however, I think if Dmitri Ovchinnikov is there, you take him
