extending holl and next offseason

I think Holl will likely get a larger deal than that. Obviously this is his first full season, but he's been far better than anyone expected and deserves a bit of a raise.

Holl deserves 1.6-2.0 mil

Defenceman tend to get paid if they do well in one of two category's or both and they are ice time and pts. Holl is playing alot. If im looking for a comparable i guess we could look at the greg Pateryn deal. So ya 1.5 to 2.5 on a term deal is a good guess. Remember hes a UFA not RFA like Dermott so his value is looked at differently. Actually i cansee Dermott getting a 1 year 800 000 and Holl getting term. Dermott doesnt get points and doesnt play alot. YET. Still alot of hockey left tho

Always loved Holl, easily my favourite D man on this roster.

You way underpaid Dermott who will either 1st or 2nd pair next year.


Muzzin should get more elsewhere and dont want him back.

Elliott is decent choice for backup if you dont trade for one but what about Brossoit???

Yep that seems fair. Imo 1.8 for 3-4 years is what I'd offer him.
