there is no way to fix this, the devils are the biggest joke in the NHL. theyre gonna lose hall for way less than they thought they were gonna get. pk subban forgot how to play hockey and his contract is becoming the worst in the NHL. they signed a 27 year old rookie to 4.5 mil without playing 1 nhl game. should have drafted makar or petersson instead of hischier. sorry devils fans your team is awful and gonna be worse after hall leaves. people need to stop looking at this team like its a good team playing bad, they need to face the facts and realize that 2017 was a fluke

Any collection of players can achieve success if they come together and work for a common goal. Leadership is a major problem in NJ. Whether that's the coach, or Captains, is unclear. The talent is there, but they are not a team. Managing assets is always smart business, so flipping Hall for good value is fine; winning will need to be addressed from the front office philosophy and trickle down from there.
