I think EJ will waive his NMC and if Avs have to, will throw in a sweetener so hes not selected even though I don't think they would pick him regardless.

Also not a big fan of the Compher not protecting bc you traded for Palmieri move, seems silly to me

Yeah i agree, i doubt we're going to leave compher unprotected after handing him a 4 year deal. I'd think if we wanted to lose compher he would be packaged with something else to bring in more star power than palmeri. I don't nessarsarily think palmieri is a bad player but he's never scored over 60 points with first line minutes and pp1, odds are those numbers would go down getting 2nd line minutes and pp2 time.
