Sujet: lineup
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>ricochetii</b></div><div>I prefer Caufield on his off wing on the rush, as it opens up his one timer. Still like Anderson with them to create space.
Middle 6 is flexible. We have two centers to develop a line for, and a lot of winger combinations to play with.
The bottom 6 can be leftovers since we aren't in competition mode, but Evans with Byron and Armia is a solid shutdown line.
We can even run Dvorak and Gallagher +1 as a two-way trio to open up offensive starts for two offensive lines.

Would like to see more from Harris, but Guhle should get at least a trial first. Schueneman (or Wideman) are expendable if they both stick.
Edmundson is probably the best option to play with Barron, while Savard is the only one we really have that can insulate Guhle/Harris. If we play Math and Savard together however, that's probably safer for heavier minutes, while a Wideman pairing would benefit from being sheltered.

More opportunities will hopefully open up with Drouin and/or Hoffman trades. Dadonov gone at the deadline. Slafkovsky may not benefit from staying on the roster this season. That gives us a chance to see others like Ylonen get more NHL time for their development.</div></div>

Idk if Caufield has played the off wing but I wouldn't hate if they tried it, however definitely do not put Anderson anywhere near Suzuki and Caufield. He was awful with them last season because he can't pass and has 0 awareness. He has to be just left on a line where he can rush the puck up the boards and drive to the net and nothing else. I'd honestly switch Dadonov and Anderson in the propsed lines.

Defense is gonna be a rotating door of players and prospects this year lol
