<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>BurgerBoss</b></div><div>Well how about Braun then?</div></div>

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>slepler</b></div><div>I would do either of those trades in a second. Simply put, Panarin is a game changer. He's among the top 10 forwards in the league. He's defensively responsible. He's lighting fast. Where he goes, teams win, and when he leaves, his old teams lose. He is a superstar pure and simple, and I'll take my chances on resigning him later.

Picks are picks. They are unlikely to be big and the sharks have a knack of finding good ones late, signing good FA's from europe, college, and jrs. trading picks to win this year is fine with me. Bancer is good, but he is still failing to find a steady spot in the top 9. Losing him a rental sucks, but at the same time, Dougie is not gunna wanna commit $ and term to him.

Chmelevski is also a good "sell high" example. His Team USA performace was awesome, but they have a glut of good 19-22 year old forwards in the system, so they can easily afford to lose one or two with little bump.

I strong doubt the jackets will trade panarin for Labanc, a prospect, and some mid round picks. I expect they'd look for more. Still dougie is a magician, and panarin would be a hell of a rabbit to pull out of his hat. I think Nyquist might be a more realistic target, but one can dream.</div></div>
