NJ isn't trading Henrique, not at least until Hischier becomes a 1st line center in the NHL. Vegas isn't giving up Karlsson up that cheap. You're pawning off Määttä. Not enough for Henrique.

Getting Kruger back
Hawks would never do this, Kruger isn't worth even $1M.
Pokka is worth a lot right now.
NHL would veto this trade.

you raised the cap LOL
Duchene trade is horrible. It affects a lot more then meets the eye. In 2 years, after you've resigned Guentzel and Hornqvist (not sure where you get that money from) and you can't just let Cole walk, he's one of the best shut down defenders in the league, the next year you have to resign Duchene and Hagelin(again even if you got rid of Cole where is the money coming from? Then the next year Murray is up and is gonna want a good pay raise.
Colorado's 1st round pick trade expectations are: 1st round pick, and in Pittsburgh's position they'd have to give up a 2nd round too because they're expecting to go 3peat, replacement forward(they're not exactly scoring a lot), best prospect (because you're taking their best player) and so you'd have to give up Guentzel.
Recap: 1st, 2nd, Guentzel for Duchene (Don't like it? Don't trade for him)

Penguins 3-Peat Roster
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Vino</b></div><div>
I'm not sure what's so scary about Murray in the regular season. 32-10-4 record with a 2.41 GAA. lol</div></div>
His rookie season he played 49 games, which is gonna skyrocket now that Niemi is your backup and he is bad idc what price, so now Murray will play 60-70 games, he has to they just traded their franchise goalie MAF. So his GAA is significantly worse in the regular season and gets worse the more games he's played, as many people have already talked about, he is a playoff goalie not a regular season goalie, the opposite of MAF, he's gonna fall a bit. He's insanely young for a goalie, look around the league he's not going to keep up the level of play he's been at during the playoffs, plus the Dcore and morale of the room has changed since MAF is gone and probably more d moves.

Penguins 3-Peat Roster
No way Chicago retains that salary, no matter the term or value they're getting back, if the player coming back is at a low deal with 1 years term that'll have to be resigned next offseason. They have other players they'd want to keep.
Kruger has completely lost his game, even for a 4th line center I question why you got him.
Eakin will be expected to be as good as Bonino which I don't see likely, I think Eakin is good but Eakin/Kruger as your bottom centers is concerning.
I think this team is hurt defensively and has no depth in net, Niemi is not a good goaltender, watched Chicago & Dallas.
No way Vegas is giving up Theodore, he's their top defense i've prospect, and with no playoffs for a few years I think they're gonna want to stock pile young prospects and once they develop they earn ice time.
Offense is fine aside from Eakin/Kruger, defense scares me, goalie scares me even more after watching Murray in the regular season last year.

Keeping Leon (FEEDBACK)
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>oilnate</b></div><div><div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>darrakki</b></div><div>If I'm New Jersey I offer sheet Draisaitl $15M per until the lockout season or for 8 years.</div></div>
He would still have to agree to go to New Jersey. Then Edmonton takes there first round picks for the next 4 years, Drai probably isn't enough to push them into the players and they with no cap space when players such as Hischier and Mcleod need to be signed Edmonton comes in and says thank you very much</div></div>
Not necessarily, he could accept it knowing Edmonton would match it, but as a fall back be going to a franchise with an elite goaltender, elite LW, a #1 center coming up, and a bright future and they could easily turn everything around, remember they won the draft lottery they didn't finish last. With the money they have they could get a good pairing of D's in FA. Easily make the wildcard in the East, the Metro is going to be weaker next year, as will the Atlantic. Edmonton has had plenty of 1st round picks, how many of them not named McDavid or Draisaitl can you name that actually changed this teams fortunes? And people think he should make $8M? That's insane he's done just as much as Connor has done, in the playoffs McDavid was just coming out of his shell while Draisaitl was tearing it up. Edmonton wouldn't be where they are without Draisaitl. Draisaitl's gonna get paid.

McDavid extension and more
No way Nurse signs that term for that dollar, its way too low. Not saying he's worth more, just saying he'll never agree to that term.
No way you move Nuge without retaining.
Draisaitl is underpaid $2Mish
Maroon is walking wtf??
Next year you'll have to choose between Talbot and Puljujarvi since you left no money on the table, plus unrealistic moves were made and people were underpaid.

Edmonton Oilers Realistically
Draisaitl at $7M while McDavid is at $13M is insane, if Draisaitl doesn't get at least 10 I'll be shocked.
Absolutely no way Sekera gets move for "prospects or picks" not even worth a 7th round pick, you'd have to give up picks and retain salary to move him.
RNG for Dumba is just dumb. No way Minnesota, who already has cap structure problems, trades for a $6M player who puts up 40 points a year. I think Dumba is overrated but RNG is way too overrated in this deal.
So you have to unsign Stafford to make room for the $11.5M you have to play Nuge and Sekera, then resign Draisaitl to a more realistic contract(which you have no salary to do so with RNG and Sekera), also you're leaving no salary for Puljujarvi.

73M cap space
Anisimov has a NMC that kicked in last year and will last until next year when it turns into a L-NTC.
Boyle is worth $2M, his physicality, defensive plays, and face-off abilities make him an amazing depth forward. He's been paid $1.5M-$2M for the past 6 years. That being said, he is not a 2C.
Bolland was an amazing 2C until his injury, he wasn't a result of playing around good players he was the good player.
Hopefully DeBrincat will break out.
I honestly want to trade Toews to Colorado with a pick or two for Duchene, I know it sounds so stupid because of his cap and what you probably value Toews at but I think there's a lot of upside.
I can't see Mike Condon leaving Montreal and not asking for $2.5M+
