<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>soooonk</b></div><div>I don’t think it’s far off

What do you think the Flames could get for Hanifin if he won’t re-sign or it’s a deadline deal?</div></div>
If Hanifin won’t re-sign or wants too much money, we’ll either do a Sign &amp; Trade this off-season OR Trade him at the Deadline, in which case the return should be the same:

1st + 2nd + 3rd + Top Prospect

Something similar to what Hampus Lindholm brought ANA: 1st+2nd+2nd+TopProspect+Moore, except we likely won’t want or accept a Cap Dump like ANA took in Moore

Something like this seems more appropriate:

1st + 2nd/Poulin + Hallander + POJ

I don’t know a ton about them, but I’m assuming CGY would need to feel Hallander could slide on to the 4th line at LW or C and hopefully become a Defensive Shut Down Forward and Potential Future 3/4C = Backlund Replacement

Not sure about Poulin, as he had a down year, but he’s French, has Good Size and may have upside and more to show given he was a Former 1st Rounder

Depending on whether we keep Zadorov, whether Kylington returns and whether Poirier is ready next season, POJ would be a good replacement player option. Since we already have Poirier, I doubt we’d be interested in Ty Smith, but he’d be another option

Broz (we already have Ruzicka, Zary &amp; Ben Jones), Nylander (not much value given his age and injury history) and Legare (we already have Coronato, Duehr &amp; Schwindt) caught my eyes as well as potential Trade Pieces/Sweeteners the Flames might like as well
