St. Louis signed Lindstein to his entry level contract. He was the Blues 1st round pick (29th) in 2023. Excellent skater. Agile. Walks the offensive blue line to create shooting lanes or distribute to either flank. Used in all situations at every level. Elite hockey sense. Plus vision moving pucks and defending in his zone. Always aware of how plays are developing. Jumps to take away time and space in his zone. Not physically imposing - but involved. Leans complete player who could be a top pairing NHL 'D' At the WJC he scored 2G-6A in 7GP for Team Sweden. 2-way 'D' - trustworthy1 mars 202423 mars 2024

The St. Louis Blues 1st round pick (23rd / 2022) continues to prove he is an elite shooter / goal scorer. At the WJC representing Team USA he played to his identity Snuggerud scored 5G-3A in 7GP Quick catch and release. Shoots the puck accurately. Trending more like a 2F than a 1F. Depending on depth of NHL roster he could end up in a role that bounces back and forth from 2F / 3F. Primary ice comes at ES and PP for Team Sweden at WJC in Gothenburg. Compact frame. Shoot first approach. When he sniffs out a lane to the net he rips pucks on goal aggressively. Elite release. Hard. Accurate. Quick release. Competes. Doesn't go away. Loads of secondary battle.28 déc. 202329 déc. 2023

A 'glue guy' for Team Sweden at the WJC. Manages the game exceptionally well. Defends from the middle of the ice out. Angles opponents to the perimeter. Great skater. Quick. Agile. Tape to tape with outlets. Passes the puck hard and accurately. The kind of player that can be thrust into a variety of roles and be trusted. On the rise. His stats have been relatively poor compared to other starting goalies in the NHL, but the team in front of him has given up more high danger chances against than they would like as well ... so the responsibility lies amongst the entire group. Having said that, there have also been nights Binnington's timing and crease composure has needed to be better. Butterfly style. Good size. Rebound control ranges. When he tracks between his posts he fronts the play well. When he gets outside his crease he has a difficult time regrouping to make saves. The foundation is still in place to provide positive results. Better than average skill in all categories. High end compete - sometimes to the point of being distracted. Polarizing - but still a second tier #1B NHL goalie. 14 déc. 202316 déc. 2023

Backup goaltender who has had success at the minor league level but it hasn't yet translated to consistent results in the NHL. Big body. Butterfly style. Average gloves. There are times he struggles to catch pucks clean, resulting in second chances against in high danger areas. Size is an asset when pucks find him through traffic. Lateral quickness is adequate for the speed of the NHL but has room to improve. Still relatively young and developing. Full 60 minutes focus / big stops / has room to go to another level of consistency.14 déc. 202316 déc. 2023

Majority of his minutes come at ES, with a limited role on the tail end of the PP. Hard to play against. Opponents have to be on their toes when he's on the ice.14 déc. 202316 déc. 2023
