A 2-way 'D' who is deployed at even strength and the penalty kill. He doesn't project to be a contributor on the power play. Good size. Moves well on straight lines. Edges are sound. His skating overall is not a concern. Despite not being a threat to transition pucks on his own he does outlet very well and has vision / soft puck touch. On the PK, when he sees a chance to win a 1vs1 battle and clear the puck, he is aggressive and pushes back. Compliments a partner who is more active. Has some push back physically. Could be a top 4 in time.
