Description
I just don't see this team getting a Top 4 Defender that will make a big difference. Besides they really need more scoring. Some of that is a system issue; but getting more talented at forward couldn't hurt.

Thats terrible. Maybe if you add Ryan Murphy to the deal and change that 5th to a 3rd then maybe it's close. Matt Murray is one of the best prospect goaltender in the league hands down. Definitely worth more than that.

You have grossly overestimated the value of goalies. Cam Talbot got a high 2nd rounder and a 3rd. He's actually played games in the NHL. Murray isn't worth that as of today.

While I'd understand your reluctance to trade Murray, how long is he going to wait in the AHL? Flower still has 4 years on his deal. Moving Murray makes a lot of sense for everyone. Especially CAR as their prospects aren't ready and Cam Ward is a dud.
