I still think the Leafs need to upgrade the top 4 D if they're going to jump to contender status. Could be that Carrick becomes that guy, but it definitely isn't Hainsey.

Regarding the actual lines. Wonder if Kapanen might assume more 3rd line duty as Kadri's LWer. Maybe Hyman slips to fourth line and PK.
alwaysnextyear. We do people get on position Dman as a # 4 etc.? No reason why Hainsey can't play 20 minutes a night. He had most ice team as any Pens Dman in the defence.
