Laine would want at least 8,5/per Imo

Ehlers and Laine have proven that they are worth at least 1-2 mil each more than you listed them as.
If Dano and Connor are as good as WPG fans are expecting, they will probably want 3-4.5 mil.
If Morrisey is a top pairing guy there is no way he doesn't get 5mil+ in arbitration. Probably closer to 6.
If Trouba decides to stay in Winnipeg it will probably need to be 7m+, paying him like a #1D. Otherwise he will probably take that 6m and just wait the final 2 years until he's a UFA.
If Comrie and Hellebuyck are going to be NHL starters (like the Gibson, Andersen era in Anaheim) they will need starter money, which is at least double what you gave them there.

No way does Trouba stay in Winnipeg for 6 years $36 million try more like 8 years $64 million at the very least he will get that much on the open market rather easily. Not even close Trouba will walk before signing that kind of a contract.
