As much as RNH would be good in a pens uniform, HORNQVIST would add more to the Oilers taking away from the Pens. It's a hard sell on either side. And I say this as a solid mutual fan of both teams! So adding I first round pick isn't worth it. Especially considering the role HORNQVIST plays.

The problem for the Pens is that while they could afford it this season, next year and going forward $ will get tight. RNH is a good option for a 3C, but not only will it mean sending Hornqvist out, but it could meaning losing another key player in the future as well b/c they can't afford him.
