I don't think OTT would part with Stone for that offer. They view him as a core player. Mangiapane is one of those players that CGY should, and does, value higher than other teams. Kylington is a perfect candidate for OTT in a deal. A young Swede who could model his game after Karlsson and work with Chabot long-term.
