I don't know which is more unrealistic -- the idea that Steven Stamkos would sign a 6-year deal for $4.5 million or that Anaheim, a small-market, internal-cap team, would spend $9.6 million to have John Gibson not play for them.

We're not trading a 1st for a goalie who hasn't been good in a decade, and NYR isn't swapping paying Trouba $8M with paying Holl $5.9M.

Not to mention a billion dollar sports franchise probably doesn't care to spend money for forum moderation to make sure somebody doesn't say something that eventually gets them sued.
