jeannot will be moved but u dont want cernak or cirellis deals for at best 2nd line players. they will want far more then either is worth and its not worth any teams future to bet those cap hits on them.

think letting them develop is far smarter. that future money will get taken up VERY quickly once Pjj, quinn, byram, levi, and tuch has to be resigned. with the cap u already have getting taken that cirrelli deal will take up far far far too much for it to really be worth it when u have Tage T, Cozens, Krebs and more talent coming up to cover down the middle. ovb u guys want to the make the playoffs but i would go year by year if i were u guys so u guys dont shoot urself in the foot

It could be down the Road, Sabres have a few waves of ELC's that will be coming through soon. I would worry about it then.

skinner buyout would kill u guys too. no shot he gets bought out hes an ok 40-50 point player who would be far better getting overpaid 3ishm then getting all that deadcap. ELC's are great but lot of risk those players may not be ready to jump to the NHL.

DELUSIONAL both of those deals are more than fine especially with the cap going up . You clearly didn't hear the loud pop that comes from pulling your head out of your rectum this morning.

Jeannot TB didn't re-acquire McDonagh to trade Cernak they did so to partner them back together.

Good teams find a way to Deal with the Cap, and with the Cap going up, worry about it in 3 ir 4 years.

having a 3rd line C who struggles when put in 2c for the next 7 years with a nmc/mnmc for all but this year is a terrible deal until the last 2-3 years of it and thats assuming he doesnt drop of, something that looks likely as tampa is on the decline. cernak showed last year that hes not much more then a 3RD. with McDonagh he may have a bounce back year but hes only put up +- <10 2 times and they were the first 2 seasons he was in the NHL. hes never put up more then 20 points or 5 goals. the closest comparison is Brendon carlo who has never put up 20 points and only <5 goals 2 times (which was 6). hes also had a +- <10 all but 3 times in his career 1 of the 3 coming with shortened play due to covid. hes making 4.2 compared to Carnaks 5.2 for 7 more years with a nmc/mnmc for all 7 years.

Your analysis is absolutely wrong points aren't everything Cirelli isn't just a 3 C . TB was 23 in GA 5 in GF and Julien Brisebois flat out stated his top priority is reducing Goals allowed this off season this does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP THAT!! <

Neither Cirelli , Cernak nor Sergachev need to be moved to resign Stamkos.

3 1sts for Cirelli? Too much.

He's a 20-goal guy...good player....but he's not Eichel, who fetched 3 1sts + 2nd.

He's also signed longer and 4 million cheaper and doesn't have the threat of a career ending surgery Eichel had either. Zero players had had that surgery and played an NHL game before Eichel so, that was absolutely no sure thing Very disingenuous.

Eichel is a super star...

Equating Cirelli to a superstar is disingenuous...

It's just a bad trade....you can get more for less...

points arent everything but please explain what i was wrong about? carlo compared to cernak? cuz thats the best comparison u can make for how they play and the roles and point totals. Sergachev wont get moved because nobody is gonna pay the assets u want for the injury risk he comes with. Cirelli and cernak wont get moved bc 90% of teams wont touch those deals with a 10 foot pole unless ur paying them to. cirelli has some value but isnt a 2c on almost any contending team. 7 years is a LONGGGGG time for someone who hasnt scored more then 50 points. points arent everything but not many teams have top6 guys sighed for that money scoring 40 points a year and calling it a good valueable contract. u guys can keep both of them. nobody is saying u cant. would be pretty dumb to move cernak considering how u basically gave McDonagh away for a 4th liner and then spend assets to go re get him to actually make cernak a playable Dman. be realistic and drop the homerism.

hes a homer. he seems to not realize Cirelli has only scored 20 goals 1 time in his career. played a full 82 1 time in his career. played 75+ games only 3 seasons, has never scored 50 points in his career and has been a 3c his entire career. not to mention his contract bro is drooling over is 7 years at 6.25m with a nmc/mnmc for all but this year of it. its not a pretty contract unless he can make the jump to play 2c mins or first line winger mins

What injury risk? He broke his leg on a freak injury coming off his first career ir stint. He hadn't missed more than 7 games prior and 4 of those TB was rotating games in the press box for every defenseman not named McDonagh or Hedman. 1 other time he missed 5 but 2 were for a DOPS suspension.
Cernak or Cirelli need payments to take holy💩 your delusional. Step away from the hallucinogens and seek professional help.
