Everything you’re saying is fair except “last chance at a good playoff run” they weren’t going on a run that year in any form. They might have won the series and I gladly will lean that way too but they weren’t actually going on a run

They easily could have made it to the conference finals . They would not have beat the lighting lol but they could have at least made it to the conference final .
