Pot just isnt getting traded unless the cans offer necas with a 8x5m deal with him 1-1. ur also underselling ullmark, even with 1 team less looking for a goalie theres not a reason in the world to unudersell him when they can just hold him and wait teams out.
Hoffman just isnt good unless ur getting him for min, heinen is just a better player that would be cheaper, tyler T also just doesnt fit boston, hes 32 and there window for actually winning doesnt open for 2ish years. getting a 26-29 yearold on a 4 year deal would be far better. Lindholm is also going to be bos main target.

Boston isnt going to, They lack a #1 C and necas isnt a C let alone a #1. they will have to give up far to many assets to get him when they could pay pretty much the same cap hit and get an elite 2 way player who can fill that #1 in till pot is ready to take that in a year or 2. Over buying on necas just doesnt make sense even if you as an individual like necas more. most boston fans from what ive seen dont even like the idea of getting necas due to how bad he is on D

I think so yeah, more competitive offer for sure. Might still get beaten out but definitely more realistic.
