With Faber stepping into the role of the Spurgeon last season in the top pairing and finishing second in the rookie of the year debate behind Bedard the Wild should look to move on from Spurgeon and get some scoring in. Hunt is also ready for NHL minutes so this gives the Jets an added asset they can look to for the future of their defensive core as well while the Wild get some cash back for additional changes that they need to start making.
