Retool moves- a little younger but still NHL quality players
— aquire kakko - a young change of scenery bounce back potential player
-acquire Jokiharju -a young RD who can probably stick around in the NHL for a while and chance could develop into a second pairing guy.
-trouba will still be a big experienced player who can play D to keep us competitive

Rebuild
-3 first round picks, two in the top half

-Troubas contract expires sooner than faulks giving us more future flexibility

Tier 1- top 6 and top 4
Tier 2- NHL players- I expect to make the roster and stick around- varrying degrees.
Tier 3- might have a chance at some NHL games

If I were to add the guys I just drafted in this hypothetical, I would put Yakemchuk in tier 1 above Dvorsky, I would put Stolberg at the top of tier 2, I would put Badinka behind Lindstein, I would put Freij behind Zherenko, and I would put Stiga ahead of Pekarcic

If I were to rank the guys that are prospects on the roster
Neighbors would be the bottom of tier 1 (would have had him lower before last year), Bolduc near the top of tier 2, Dean and Torpchenko near bottom of tier 2. Alexandrov would be top of tier 3.

Taxi squad is guys that will play and be in and out of the lineup.

By 2025, I think Dvorsky will be 2C. I think Snuggy will be 2RW once his season is done.

This year should be about development and gearing up for long term success.
