Don’t really think the Rangers have much use for a future 2 unless they have plans to package it elsewhere. Maybe one of the plethora of D Buffalo has makes sense for the Rangers invoking Kakko. Rangers need to make beck end bigger and stronger

Rangers main roster need is RW. Not defense unless they move on from Lindgren and/or Trouba

Prospect has to be C, RW or D and newly drafted

Rangers desperately need an upgrade on defense regardless of whether Lindgren and Trouba are brought back which the overwhelming consensus is that at least 1 will be gone. RW is a key need as well

The rangers only have so many lineup spots and cap space to give out. Plus any top UFA defenseman will cost a lot and there’s no guarantee they’ll be good either

No I’m a big fan of his and have his jersey but the younger you get the better to play with Michkov so if you can get 11OA from Buffalo u probably do it

I think that's a little low for Farabee - I would probably ask for Krebs or another prospect to add to the 11th.

He has rational upside still, that’s why he gets more. Beez’s top three linemates were Laughts, Brink, and Atkinson last year. Pretty good argument that he could break out with a top 2 center and quicker wingmate—this and what I mentioned before re contract etc where that extra value comes from imo.
