The difference between Detroit and Vancouver taxes isn't much.

1. Hronek is worth significantly more than Necas (Top Pair RD>>>>Fringe 1st line winger
2. Signing Pesce to that kind of deal is near suicidal, guy is a black hole offensively, not worth nearly $7M.
3. Sign Silovs to a 2 year deal so he remains as an RFA upon expiry and the deal will expire at the same time as Demko so we'll have a choice, extend and roll with Silovs or extend Demko and trade Silovs.
4. I doubt Joshua would be willing to sign that deal

RE: 5 We had Bluegar playing well there this season. I think it could be a position we don't quite fill in the UFA market and we look to see what Raty, Baines, Suter etc can do and then pick up a rental if need be. Garland is a play driver on his own.
